  3. go to beginning of lesion 
    1. use a tool called closed polygon
      1. picture of polygon - 5 sided 
      2. hotkey is called c for closed polygon 
    2. click one point and  so and  then more point .on edge of lesion 
      1. when finish two clicks to complete polygon 
    3. do on every slice = - tiring  and difficult
      1. go down a couple of slices and do it again
    4. go to end of lesion as shown in slice
      1. do polygon again 
  4. go menu - ROI - region of interest
    1. roi - rename  = select all plygons 
      1. and give them name eg "one"
  5. now go ROI
    1. the roi volume 
      1. submenu = gnerate missing roi 
      2. osirix will interpolate  
  6. near polygon  down menu 
  7. there is repulser tool
    1. click and push the dots o align them 
  8. roi and measure volume
